"I can honestly say we got the house of our dreams while working with Jan!  She is incredibly responsive via text and email.  She would instantly respond to emails we sent at 7 am on a Sunday or 11pm on a Wednesday; it was truly impressive how quickly she would get back to us!  She also was very patient with us (and it took us almost 2 years to find our house because we were picky!)  Our friends have worked with realtors who pressured them to offer higher bids or make offers on houses they didn't love. Jan never did this. There were times when we would see maybe 10 houses and not make an offer on any of them. Jan would always say if we didn't love the house and get that feeling that it was right then we shouldn't offer. She also never pushed us to offer more than we were comfortable with.  I never got the feeling that she was trying to close the deal and make her commission; instead, she was really working with us to find a house we would love.  She also was very kind.
